Cardi B has been forced to cancel her performance at the upcoming One Music Fest in Atlanta due to a recent medical emergency. The rapper, who recently gave birth to her third child, took to social media on October 23 to share the news with fans. "I am so sad to share this news, but I've been in the hospital recovering from a medical emergency the last couple of days, and I won't be able to perform at ONE Music Fest," Cardi posted on Instagram.

"It breaks my heart that I won't get to see my fans this weekend and I really wish I could be there. Bardi Gang – thank you for understanding, and I'll be back better and stronger soon. Don't worry. Love y'all," she said. Cardi B and her representatives are yet to disclose specific information about the medical issue that caused her to cancel her One Music Fest performance.

One Music Fest confirmed the cancellation, resharing Cardi's post and adding their support. "Let's all keep her in our prayers for a full recovery!" the festival wrote on Instagram. They also mentioned that efforts were underway to find a replacement act.

This health scare follows a recent revelation by Cardi about a "freak accident" during her third pregnancy, where she tore a ligament in her pelvis after slipping down the stairs. "I dilated and was having contractions every two minutes for 24 hours," she recounted. "I was in a lot of pain. I couldn't move for two days straight." Despite these challenges, Cardi reassured her fans that she would return to the stage soon.

The rapper's hospitalization also comes shortly after she attended the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in Brooklyn on October 15. Amid her recovery, Cardi is also navigating personal changes, having recently filed for divorce from her estranged husband, Offset, after seven years of marriage.
