Hollywood stars Channing Tatum, 44, and Zoë Kravitz, 35, have ended their relationship and called off their engagement. Multiple sources confirmed to People magazine on October 29, 2024, that the couple, who began dating in 2021, have decided to part ways.

The split comes as a surprise to many, particularly given Kravitz's heartfelt speech at the August 2024 premiere of "Blink Twice," where she referred to Tatum as "the love of her life." The film, which marked Kravitz's directorial debut, showcased their professional chemistry, with Tatum in a starring role.

Their romance initially blossomed through an unexpected connection orchestrated by Riley Keough, Elvis Presley's granddaughter. "I have a friend that wants to send you something," Keough texted Tatum, facilitating the initial introduction that led to their collaboration on "Blink Twice" (originally titled "Pussy Island").

The relationship garnered family approval, with Lenny Kravitz, Zoë's father, expressing his blessing to Entertainment Tonight in January 2024: "When your family is happy, when your child is happy, that's it—I've done well. Blessed."

Despite recent public appearances, including attending a play together in New York City earlier this month, signs of separation emerged when Kravitz was spotted without her engagement ring. The announcement coincidentally aligned with news of their upcoming collaboration in "Alpha Gang," a comedy featuring an ensemble cast including Cate Blanchett and Dave Bautista.

During their relationship, both stars openly praised their professional and personal dynamic. In July 2024, Tatum told People magazine about working with Kravitz on "Blink Twice": "When you can look across the room or the set and know that you have the best person that is next to you trying to solve problems... that is unbelievable."

The split follows both actors' previous marriages—Tatum to actress Jenna Dewan and Kravitz to Karl Glusman. Representatives for both stars have remained silent regarding the separation, maintaining privacy around the circumstances of their breakup.
