Kylie Jenner is choosing to dress down for Halloween, while others dress up. In a photo posted on Instagram on October 31, the Kardashians star, wearing a lookalike black hairstyle, posed completely nude in a tribute to Demi Moore's 1996 comedy Striptease, mimicking the actress' famous pose for the movie's theatrical poster.
In a different post, the 27-year-old Kylie also recreated another ensemble that was influenced by the movie. She showed off a glittering bikini with a dollar bill tucked inside the bottom, ditching her white dress shirt.
Demi, 61, endorsed the Kylie Cosmetics founder's efforts on her Instagram Stories, proving that her efforts were not in vain. In one slide, the Substance star wrote, "I love this," and in another, she exclaimed that Kylie "nailed it."
The reality star's throwback holiday ensemble wasn't the only one inspired by the 1990s. With two costumes based on the sci-fi cult classic Barbarella, which starred Jane Fonda as the title space-traveling bombshell, she also transported her fans back to 1968.
In one image, Kylie accessorized a form-fitting white cutout dress with a thin red belt and a metallic crop top. The teased blonde wig, reminiscent of the intergalactic heroine, completed the surreal tribute. She swiftly followed that up with another movie-inspired costume, posing on all fours in a furry one-piece that was black and white and had a huge tail. Silver zip-up boots completed the ensemble.
With her two-year-old son, Aire Webster, whom she shares with her ex-husband Travis Scott, Kylie maintained the movie theme. The former cast member of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, who is also parents to the rapper's 6-year-old daughter Stormi Webster, shared a video of her youngest daughter dressed as Minion from the Despicable Me movie on her Instagram Story on October 30. She captioned the post, "We're minion-obsessed all over again."
