Justin Combs, son of Sean "Diddy" Combs, has reportedly been blacklisted from renting luxury properties in Los Angeles due to allegations of hosting wild parties that caused significant damages. The 30-year-old has built a reputation for extravagant celebrations, often likened to his father's legendary events, but this has now become a stumbling block in the high-end rental market.
According to a Southern California mansion broker, Justin's parties consistently exceeded the agreed-upon guest limits. "He would say, 'I'm having 20 people over,' but there would be 200, and then they would wreck the house," the broker disclosed. The situation has escalated to a point where landlords and brokers refuse to rent properties to him. "He called me to rent, and I said no," the broker added.
Despite the allegations, Justin's lawyer, Jeffrey Lichtman, maintains his innocence. "Justin has not been charged with a crime or sued civilly regarding any of these accusations for a reason – he did nothing wrong," Lichtman stated.
Justin's social media activity often portrays him enjoying tequila and vodka at various gatherings, adding to his reputation for high-energy events. Additionally, recent reports indicate financial difficulties, including a lawsuit by Porsche Leasing LTD for $190,000 in unpaid bills for a leased Bentley. Lichtman clarified that the issue arose from a mailing address error and assured that the matter would be resolved promptly.
Meanwhile, his father, Sean "Diddy" Combs, faces far graver challenges. Diddy, known for hosting opulent parties, is currently incarcerated and awaiting trial on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and related crimes. Federal prosecutors have alleged that his infamous "freak-offs" involved coercion and abuse, accusations that Diddy has vehemently denied. His repeated requests for bail have been rejected, with the court citing risks of witness tampering.
