Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have once again parted ways, just weeks after announcing they are expecting their first child together.
According to sources, the couple's latest breakup happened over Thanksgiving while they were in Vail, Colorado. According to TMZ, Fox, 38, discovered something upsetting on MGK's phone, which led to her leaving the trip early. MGK, 34, left shortly after, and the two have reportedly not spoken since.
The split comes just a month after Fox shared the pregnancy news on Instagram, posting a photo of herself cradling her baby bump and captioning it: "Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back." She tagged MGK in the post, signifying their shared excitement at the time.
Fox's pregnancy, a rainbow baby following a miscarriage in 2023, was initially seen as a chance to bring the couple closer. "They were both thrilled and excited to be parents together," a source told Us Weekly last month. However, their relationship continued to face challenges. "They are both too hot-headed and fell back into their constant fighting," the insider added.
Despite their ups and downs, Fox and MGK have always shared a deep emotional connection. In a March interview with Call Her Daddy, Fox described MGK as her "twin soul," saying, "There will always be a tether to him, no matter what."
Their relationship began in 2020 after meeting on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass. MGK proposed in January 2022, but their journey has been anything but smooth. The couple faced speculation about their relationship status after Fox was frequently seen without her engagement ring and their social media interactions dwindled.
This is not the first time the couple has separated. Following their miscarriage, Fox noted that the loss was "really tragic" and left her with "a lot of grief and suffering." The experience deeply affected both of them, leading to periods of separation and reconciliation.
For now, the couple has chosen to go their separate ways, with Fox focusing on her health and family, including her three children from her previous marriage to Brian Austin Green. Meanwhile, MGK has expressed his determination to be a dedicated father, saying, "When I'm with [my daughter], nothing else matters."
