The disgraced mogul is currently facing a new rape allegation dating back to 1991. The lawsuit was files by an unknown woman claiming the incident happened before the rapper rose to fame. The incident allegedly occurred at a December charity basketball event at City College of New York, co-sponsored by Combs during his early career as a producer.

According to TMZ, the accuser claims she and a friend were invited to the event by an unnamed rapper and entered early after managing to convince security to let them pass. According to the lawsuit, the crowd they had to bypass was large and unruly. They were then directed to a makeshift dressing room where they found the mogul. When they saw Diddy, they claimed the woman asked Diddy for help locating the rapper but was offered a plastic cup filled with Coca-Cola that made her feel dizzy.

The accuser alleged she tried to leave but Combs kept blocking her from exiting. He then sexually assaulted her and threatened her. According to the lawsuit, Diddy warned her “People can come up missing.” Diddy also warned her not to report the incident to the police. The accuser then alleged she left the venue shortly after with her friend after the assault.

The event was chaotic due to the aftermath of a stampede. The oversold event was headlined by Heavy D leading to a total of nine deaths and several injuries. The lawsuit is the latest in a series of allegations against Sean Diddy Combs. The lawsuit was filed by attorney Tony Buzbee.

In his legal career, Buzbee has represented a variety of clients. He helped acquit Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton at his impeachment trial in the Texas Senate last year. He represented more than two dozen women who accused Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson of sexual misconduct and assault.
