Reality TV star Lala Kent has shared a surprising yet practical solution to managing her breast milk supply—using it as a coffee creamer. During her appearance on Amanda Hirsch's Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, the Vanderpump Rules alum revealed she drank her own breast milk rather than let it go to waste.

"I put it in my coffee and drank 10 ounces of breast milk this morning," Kent, 34, admitted. She explained that while recording the podcast, she had no storage options for her milk. "I'm not dumping it down the sink," she emphasized, highlighting her unwillingness to waste what she called "liquid gold."

This isn't the first time Kent has used her breast milk in coffee. Back in 2021, she made headlines for doing the same when she ran out of creamer at home. She shared on Instagram Stories at the time, "Not bad," referring to the taste of the unconventional substitute.

Despite her practical use of breast milk, Kent clarified she has never been strongly committed to breastfeeding. "I was never married to the act of breastfeeding. I was like, 'Maybe I'll do it, maybe my milk will come in, maybe it won't. We'll see,'" she said. She described herself as a "good factory" for her children—3-month-old Sosa and 3-year-old Ocean.

Kent's parenting journey has included some unique choices. After her split from ex-fiancé Randall Emmett in October 2021, she welcomed Sosa via a sperm donor. She has hinted at wanting more children in the future, saying, "I'm not ready to accept that the baby stage is over."

Her co-parenting dynamic with Emmett for their daughter Ocean remains "productive," as she noted during a recent interview. Despite past challenges, Kent continues to prioritize her children's well-being and embrace the realities of single motherhood with a blend of humor and practicality.
