Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom welcomed the new year in vibrant color as the two lovebirds took to social media and gave their fans an exclusive sneak peek look into their Tokyo New Year’s Eve celebrations. The power couple is known for being energetic and just loving each other, which added much color to this memorable night of joy, love, and transformation.
On December 31, 2024, “Teenage Dream” singer Perry gave her fans a sneak peek into their celebrations on Instagram. The post, which was flooded with several videos and photos, showcased the many special moments that were shared between the couple, from the over-the-top box of fruit to toast with Bloom, even down to a cute video of the actor asking Perry to smile. They even shared consecutive meditation poses, Perry’s sparkly Hello Kitty flats, and delicious foods.
Perry wrote in the caption, “Sending love to all in this next year… the new year is always an opportunity for transformation… as a 5x [Scorpio emoji] transformation is my middle name…” She also referred to her song “OK” off of her recent album 143 and added, “We put the OK in tOKyo for NY ????????”.
The relationship between Perry and Bloom has always been an inspiration for their fans. To clarify, in promotion for her album, Perry featured on Apple Music’s Zane Lowe, letting listeners in on how their personalities have influenced their 4-year-old daughter, Daisy Dove. According to the singer, Daisy is “not shy” and is certainly from parents who are bold.
The couple further talks about how they have conflicts. Perry said, “Orlando and I, when we fight, we fight hard and fast, then cool off pretty quick. It’s like, ‘La la la la la, I love you. Alright, let’s move on.’” They further call themselves the “chaos crew,” aptly describing the nature of their explosive yet loving interaction.
She also shared how Bloom has been affecting her in the field of diet and exercise. Perry said, “I love swimming. Bloom is very committed to the gym, which encourages me to keep fit.”.
