Lily Allen has revealed intimate details about her relationship with actor David Harbour following their reported split. The couple, who married in 2020 after meeting on the dating app Raya, allegedly parted ways shortly before Christmas amidst claims of infidelity.
Rumors of their separation surfaced when Allen reportedly discovered Harbour's profile on Raya, the same platform where they initially connected. A source revealed that Allen turned detective, rejoining the app to uncover the truth. "Lily was looking for women that were on Raya and cross-referencing them with women David follows on Instagram," the source explained. "She was doing her Wagatha thing."
Allen allegedly found evidence of Harbour's activity on the app, with his profile stating he was "visiting New York from Atlanta." Devastated by the discovery, Allen reportedly ended their five-year relationship, which included plans for a holiday in Kenya over Christmas.
While neither Allen nor Harbour has publicly addressed the situation, Allen has hinted at relationship struggles on her podcast Miss Me?. During a summer episode, she reflected on her husband's intimate requests. "I wonder if I kink-shame my husband," she said. "He quite often asks for things, and I'm like, 'No, babe, it's not happening.' I'm not like, 'You piece of s***, how dare you ask me to do that!' I'm just like, 'Hmm, headache. Little headache, got a bit of a headache—maybe not tonight.'"
In a November episode, Allen revealed she had been using AI to craft responses during arguments with Harbour. She explained how she relied on ChatGPT to articulate her feelings. "If me and David have had an argument, I'll be like, 'Write me a long text message about an argument that started with the dishwasher and ended in an argument about our finances,'" Allen shared. She even asked the chatbot to personalize messages, adding, "'That's great, but can you add in a bit about how I think this is all actually to do with his mum?'"
Allen's heartbreak has been compounded by her dedication to the marriage. According to a source, "Lily has never even looked at anyone since she met David. She is devastated."
