On January 9, the former MMA fighter and wrestler announced on Instagram that she and her husband, Travis Browne, had welcomed their second child.
Ronda posted pictures of her newborn in the hospital with the caption, "Our little girl came into this world during a windstorm into a city on fire," alluding to the wildfires that are still burning throughout Los Angeles." So grateful she made it safe and sound."
According to the 37-year-old, she and Travis gave their daughter the name Liko’ula Pa’uomahinakaipiha Browne. The Hawaiian name also honors Travis Kuualiialoha Browne, who was born in Honolulu, and the couple's 3-year-old daughter, La'akea Makalapuaokalanipo Browne.
Ronda also posted a sweet video of her eldest forming a bond with the newest member of the family to commemorate the event. As their mother lay in bed, La'akea assisted in unwrapping her sibling's swaddle, as captured in an Instagram video.
"Who's the baby?" Off-camera, Travis, who is also the father of Keawe and Kaleo Browne, sons of his ex-wife Erin Browne, asked. "That's your sister."
Additionally, the 2019 wedding couple has been candid about their experience as parents. Rhonda opened up about her two miscarriages in April.
On the podcast The Diary of a CEO, the 9-1-1 star revealed, "I discovered I was expecting just before the show began filming." "After that, a boat door fell on my finger, cutting it off. We headed out and, got checkedout;, the baby seemed fine, but then I had a miscarriage a couple of weeks later."
Ronda claimed that as she battled to accept the miscarriage, she began to disregard her own health.
She remembered, "I was just depressed," "Drinking and smoking and not taking care of myself."
"Then, I got pregnant right away again—and then we never saw a heartbeat that time," the Olympic bronze medallist went on.
However, Ronda's focus has shifted to being the best mother she can be since welcoming her oldest in 2021. Indeed, the former WWE star is bringing up La'akea to be a tough little girl.
When Ronda told People in 2023, "She just fell and scraped her knee today, and she didn't even cry," "She just kind of grunts it out!"
She continued, "The world isn't ready for this little girl."
