Reality TV star Kim Kardashian, 44, has admitted to concealing a new relationship from the public eye, making the revelation in the latest trailer for "The Kardashians" Season 6. The surprising announcement comes just months after the SKIMS founder claimed she wasn't ready to pursue romance.
"I had the intention of staying single. I was fully lying to you guys," Kardashian confessed in a candid confessional scene from the upcoming season. The entrepreneur playfully added, "Me not dating and not wanting love and attention? I don't think you know me."
The relationship appears to be progressing seriously, as evidenced by Kardashian's plans to modify her home to accommodate her new partner. In a scene with her mother, Kris Jenner, she discusses adding a dedicated "his closet" to her residence. Jenner's response - "You must really like him" - drew a telling reply from Kim: "He'll be happy."
This development marks a significant shift from Kardashian's previous stance. During an August 2024 appearance on Jimmy Fallon's show, she explicitly stated that dating was "not what I want right now." As recently as October 2024, sources close to the star told PEOPLE magazine that she was focused solely on work and motherhood.
Page Six exclusively reported in December 2024 that Kardashian was seeing a real estate investor who "isn't in the public eye." At that time, the relationship wasn't considered serious, as she was reportedly "dating a few people." The mother of four - North, 11, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5 - has maintained a relatively low profile in her romantic life since her divorce from Kanye West.
Kardashian's last public relationship was with comedian Pete Davidson, which lasted from fall 2021 to summer 2022. She was briefly linked to NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. in early 2024, though their connection reportedly "fizzled out" by April.
Speaking on the On Purpose with Jay Shetty podcast in May 2023, Kardashian described herself as a "hopeless romantic" while emphasizing the importance of taking time with new relationships, particularly as a mother. "I think I'll always be a hopeless romantic and always want to be in love and definitely love sharing my life with someone," she shared.
