The influencer, who had dated the One Direction star since 2022, disclosed their last text exchange, which took place after she left him in South America to return to Florida, four months after Liam Payne died after falling from a hotel balcony in Argentina.
After spending two weeks in Argentina with Liam before leaving the country, Kate went back home alone to take care of their rescue dog, Nala. She had also decided to hang all of the couple's Halloween decorations while she was there.

A toxicology analysis that revealed narcotics were in the singer's system at the time of his death prompted an investigation into his death, even though authorities have decided that Liam's cause of death was numerous severe injuries with internal and external hemorrhaging.
Kate, meanwhile, is still in mourning over the premature loss.
"It still doesn’t feel fully real for me that he’s not here," she said. "I'm trying to be the best I can be, but I feel like my life has changed so much."
She continued, "I think about Liam every second of every day."
