Millie Bobby Brown is living on a farm with the man she loves after completely upending her life. She shared videos of her rural life with husband Jake Bongiovi months before she finished filming the fifth season of Stranger Things on Netflix. Despite the fact that Millie, 20, and Jon Bon Jovi's 22-year-old son reside on a Georgia farm, the actress is not a "trad wife."
"I’m not doing it for the aesthetic," Millie stated in a March 2025 cover interview with Vanity Fair, which was made public on February 12. "I love it, so I'm doing it. Perhaps some traditional wives engage in this behavior because it appears wholesome, but it is not. If you're not cleaning a cow or picking up horse shit with your bare hands, then that life is not made for you. At all."
On their farm, Millie and Jake keep a variety of animals in addition to horses, such as goats, sheep, donkeys, cows, and dogs that the Enola Holmes actress has saved from nearby kill shelters. "You think animals are peaceful," Millie, who founded Joey's Friends, an animal rescue organization, said in 2022. "You believe that the South is tranquil. You believe that there is peace here. However, there's a lot of chaos. She went on, "My dogs are crazy, my place is messy, and my animals are noisy. It's a very lively place with lots of passion and excitement, as well as laughter. I flourish where there is a great deal of chaos.
Millie revealed some details about her social life, including meeting up with her Stranger Things co-star Noah Schnapp in New York with her spouse. Millie married Jake in two wedding ceremonies last year.
