The Kardashians are being followed by Kanye West. The "Famous" rapper appeared backstage at the Hollywood Bowl as their 11-year-old daughter North West prepared for her performance in a Lion King special on the February 20 episode of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian's reality show.

"Her dad has been involved," Kim, who also has children with Ye, Saint West, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5, stated in a confessional. "Kanye and I want the best for the kids, so any time we’re here supporting our child, it’s always good vibes."

Kim stated that her former partner even helped with the show's May 2024 filming.

Kim, who referred to herself as North's "stage mom," explained, "He's like, 'Can we change the graphics to The Lion King?'"

Kim concurred with the founder of Yeezy, adding that she informed the crew that Ye's concept would result in "a better production."

Additionally, the ex-couple had nothing but praise for their oldest child following North's significant musical debut.

Backstage, Ye exclaimed, "Man, she did so good," to Kim. "What did you think?"

In response, she joked that "I was just crying from the side."

After eight years together, Kim, 44, and Ye, 47, finally got divorced in 2022. Her relationship with the Grammy winner ended, according to the founder of SKIMS, not for "personal reasons, but circumstances change that force your marriage to end."

On the February 13 episode of The Kardashians, she revealed, "That's the hardest part—when you don't anticipate something that truly alters a person's personality and then they're not the same person."

Kim went on, "You can’t ever get that person back—but you can’t live with the new person."

She said that although she and Ye, who is now married to Bianca Censori, have moved on from their divorce, they did not make the decision to part ways lightly. "That's not really the outcome you want—but there’s no other option," she said. "I think it makes it harder to get over."
