Argentine model and actress Graciela Alfano, 72, has set the record straight regarding speculation that Brazilian football legend Ronaldinho, 44, filmed her recent viral shower video.
Alfano, who rose to fame as a national sex symbol in the late 1970s, has over a million followers on Instagram, where she frequently shares bold photos and videos. In January, she posted a picture of herself with Ronaldinho after they met in a hotel lobby, captioning it "with the idol." Shortly after, she shared a video of herself naked in the shower, with only her arm and a thin curtain preserving her modesty.
The timing of the posts led some fans to speculate that Ronaldinho had filmed the video, fueling rumors of a possible romantic connection. However, Alfano has now dispelled the claims in a TV interview with Mirtha Legrand.
"I love it, I feel very good about my body," Alfano said when shown a still from the shower video. Addressing the speculation, she explained, "That's the question! They asked me because I had just met Ronaldinho. You see, people make things up."
Clarifying who actually filmed the video, she revealed, "Actually, it was one of the girls at the hotel where I was. I told her, 'You have to stay still here. You can't move because my arm is covering exactly what it should cover. Don't move.' She got a great shot. It went viral and, well, I loved it."
While Ronaldinho was dragged into the rumors, he has remained silent on the matter. The former Barcelona and AC Milan star has been in the spotlight recently for personal reasons, as he is set to become a grandfather. His 20-year-old son, Joao Mendes, who plays for Burnley, is expecting a child with influencer Giovanna Buscacio.
Buscacio announced the pregnancy on Instagram in December, sharing a photo cradling her belly with the caption, "Sixteen weeks and counting." She later posted an image of herself kissing Mendes, writing, "Mom and Dad. Incomplete without you, my love, but we are already together." Mendes responded with, "I love you a lot, my darling," though the post has since been deleted.
