Ed and Donna Kelce are the proud parents of NFL stars Jason and Travis Kelce. She later became the first in her family to graduate college and built a successful 30-year career in banking.
Ed also grew up in Cleveland and initially pursued football but felt called to serve in the military. However, a knee injury prevented him from joining the Army, and he later discovered he had Crohn's disease during Coast Guard training. He shifted to a career in the steel industry, often bringing Jason and Travis to work to show them the value of hard labor.
Donna and Ed's love story began when they met by chance at a bar in Cleveland. Donna, on her way to another date, never made it, as she and Ed talked for hours. They married in the late 1970s and raised their family in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. Both sons attended the University of Cincinnati, where they played college football.
After 25 years of marriage, Ed and Donna divorced but remained close friends. They prioritized their children, staying together until Jason and Travis graduated college. Donna has no regrets about their marriage, emphasizing that it gave her two incredible sons. Today, the Kelces continue to support their sons' careers, celebrating their achievements and sharing their journey with the world.
