Justin Bieber is embracing self-reflection.The two-time Grammy winner, 31, took to Instagram on Saturday, March 22, to share a candid post about his personal growth. In his caption, he admitted, "I got anger issues too, but I wanna grow and not react so much smh — 🤦‍♂️."

Accompanying the message, Justin shared three photos: a close-up selfie of himself in a hoodie, a childhood throwback picture, and an image of his baby son, Jack Blues, lying on a blanket while watching a movie on a projector.

His post came shortly after he uploaded a religious message on Instagram Stories the day before, emphasizing the importance of "forgiveness." Additionally, he reshared a 2019 Instagram caption from his wife, Hailey Bieber, in which she spoke about her goal of being "more vulnerable" in the coming year. Justin responded with, "Still relevant boo 💪🏻💅."

In recent weeks, the "Peaches" singer has used social media to express deep introspection. His posts have touched on themes of self-worth, personal struggles, and emotional growth. In one message from March 13, Justin reflected on feelings of inadequacy and self-doubt, revealing that despite people telling him he "deserved" success, he often felt like a fraud.

"People told me my whole life, 'Wow Justin, you deserve that,' and I personally have always felt unworthy," he shared. "Like I was a fraud. Like when people told me I deserve something, it made me feel sneaky, like, 'Damn, if only they knew my thoughts.'"

He continued, "How judgmental I am, how selfish I really am, they wouldn't be saying this. I say all this to say, if you feel sneaky, welcome to the club. I definitely feel unequipped and unqualified most days."

Amid his reflective posts and recent speculation regarding his well-being, rumors of substance abuse have circulated, though his representatives have dismissed these claims as "salacious."

Despite the speculation, a source close to Justin told PEOPLE that "things are fine" in his life. According to the insider, Hailey, 28, has been focused on her work, while Justin has spent time "creating music."

"They are just doing their thing," the source shared. "They are not concerned with what people think."

The source also noted that Justin and Hailey love being parents to their son, Jack Blues, whom they welcomed in August 2024. "They have a great marriage, too," they added.
