Hilaria Baldwin describes the physical changes she experienced as a mother. The co-founder of Yoga Vida, who has children with husband Alec Baldwin, including Carmen, 11, Rafael, 9, Leonardo, 8, Romeo, 6, Eduardo, 4, María Lucía, 4, and Ilaria, 2, recently disclosed that she had a breast lift following the birth of her seventh child in late 2022.

The 41-year-old stated in the April 6 episode of The Baldwins, "It was one of these things I decided to do since I was breastfeeding for so long." "I believe this is the first time since I started having children that I have not been pregnant or nursing, and I have been for more than ten years."

Hilaria claims that she noticed some changes in her body and decided to make this cosmetic change.

She went on to say, "I was so used to my body being a certain way, it almost felt like my body wasn't my body anymore," before acknowledging that the procedure gave her confidence back. "It was just to feel better, and that's fine."

Furthermore, even though the author of Manual Not Included is publicly supporting her breast lift, she does not want her children to feel under pressure to have plastic surgery in order to meet an unattainable beauty standard.

Hilaria continued, "I don't want them to feel like they have to be a certain way whenever I do something in the area of vanity." "I want to attempt to keep Carmen safe because I've experienced a lot of self-doubt and listened to the criticism more than I should have.”

Hilaria has previously talked candidly about adjusting to motherhood, revealing that she and Alec, who is also the father of 29-year-old Irene Baldwin and his ex-wife Kim Basinger, always attempt to divide their time with their children equally. Shortly after giving birth to her youngest daughter, Ilaria, Hilaria posted on Instagram Stories in September 2022, writing, "Making sure my other babies feel they have mama time too." In order to ensure that all of my children feel that I am there to be the best mother I can be, I am attempting to strike a balance between breastfeeding, recovering, and working as a new mother.
