Britney Spears has reportedly ended her relationship with Paul Richard Soliz for the second time following a brief reconciliation in February. According to multiple sources, the couple's latest split occurred in late February, shortly after they were seen together on Valentine's Day at a Jack in the Box drive-thru alongside Soliz's children.
Spears, 43, was also spotted with some of Soliz's nine children at an indoor playground in California's San Fernando Valley. One source revealed she had a "great" relationship with the children, saying they brought "life and laughter into her home." The pair had initially started dating in 2023 after Soliz, 38, was hired to do maintenance work at Britney's residence.
Their on-off relationship first ended in July 2024, with insiders citing concerns that Soliz may have been taking advantage of Spears' lifestyle. A source close to the singer later told Page Six that her inner circle was "relieved that Soliz is out of the picture after a turbulent relationship." The couple briefly reconciled in February 2025, but reports now confirm the split is final, with Soliz removing all of his belongings from Spears' Los Angeles home.
Their time together was marred by controversy, including a major altercation at the Chateau Marmont in May 2024. After a night of partying, Spears and Soliz reportedly got into a "huge physical altercation in which Spears 'may have hurt her leg,'" according to hotel sources. Witnesses claimed Britney appeared distressed, and emergency services were called to the scene. Paramedics arrived, but she was ultimately escorted away by her security team.
The romance began after Britney's high-profile divorce from Sam Asghari, whom she married in June 2022. Their relationship had its own share of difficulties, with Asghari announcing their split on Instagram in 2023: "After 6 years of love and commitment... we have decided to end our journey together." The couple previously shared the loss of a pregnancy, writing, "It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that we have lost our miracle baby early in the pregnancy."
With Soliz now out of her life, Spears is reportedly focused on moving forward, closing another chapter in her personal journey.
