Longtime best friends Emma Stone, 36, and Jennifer Lawrence, 34, demonstrated that their friendship endures by spending a rare evening together in New York City on April 9.
After dining together in Manhattan's West Village, the couple, who have been close for more than ten years, were spotted taking a stroll. And in keeping with their sense of style, they wore relaxed yet fashionable attire. The American Hustle star looked stunning in a bright kimono-inspired jacket, black pants, and leopard print flats. It has been confirmed by several outlets that she recently gave birth to her second child with husband Cooke Maroney.
The Easy A actor, who is married to Dave McCrary and has a 3-year-old daughter named Louise Jean, wore a brown coat, a mini-black dress, and matching loafers to keep it neutral. Additionally, she showed off her recently acquired pixie cut, which was tastefully accessorized with a brown headband.
Nearly three years have passed since Emma and Jennifer, who is also the mother of a two-year-old son named Cyn, were seen together in the Big Apple. After dining at Hwa Yuan Szechuan in New York in August 2022, the actors posted a picture of themselves on Instagram with chef Shorty Tang, the restaurant's owner. Jennifer was present when Emma received her second Oscar two years later, which allowed for a charming on-stage reunion.
Despite maintaining a low profile in recent years, Jennifer and Emma have shared some amazing insights about their chemistry and the significance of their friendship.
In a 2018 Elle interview, Emma told Jennifer, "I think friendship is pretty much everything." Another thing I've learned about turning thirty is that you choose your family. You come to the realization that you are selecting your family by the people you choose to accompany you into these next stages of your life, including your friendships.
