Khloé Kardashian has announced her latest television venture, unveiling plans for a fresh reality series with Hulu. The 40-year-old reality star revealed the news during her appearance at Hulu's inaugural Get Real House event on April 22, 2025, describing the upcoming project as "very exciting, very new, very excellent."
The new series, tentatively titled "Calabasas Behind the Gates," will shift focus away from the Kardashian-Jenner clan themselves. Instead, it aims to spotlight the friends and neighbors who live within their exclusive Calabasas, California community—offering viewers unprecedented access to the extended social circle of America's most famous family.
Rob Mills, Disney's executive vice president, elaborated on the concept during the panel discussion. "We all want to know what's happening behind the gates of Calabasas—who are all these people in the extended lives of the Kardashians?" Mills explained, highlighting the natural curiosity surrounding the family's inner circle.
Khloé remained tight-lipped about potential cast members, declining to confirm whether her siblings—Kourtney, Kim, Rob, Kendall, and Kylie—or mother Kris Jenner would participate in the new series. Scott Disick, who attended the event alongside Khloé, similarly avoided questions about his potential involvement.
This isn't Khloé's first solo television project. The Good American founder previously headlined "Revenge Body with Khloé Kardashian" in 2017 and currently hosts the podcast "Khloé in Wonder Land." She balances her professional endeavors with motherhood, raising daughter True, 7, and son Tatum, 2, whom she shares with ex-partner Tristan Thompson.
During the panel, Khloé expressed hope that her brother Rob would return to their existing Hulu series, "The Kardashians." "I really do. I always have my faith and confidence in Rob," she stated. The 38-year-old Rob has largely avoided the spotlight in recent years, though he made a rare appearance in Kim Kardashian's Easter photo collection last weekend.
Khloé also revealed interesting behind-the-scenes details about "The Kardashians," confirming that all family members receive equal compensation for their appearances. She noted that while they can request footage removal, it's typically for superficial reasons rather than substantive content. "It's more vanity things that we would cut," she explained.
According to Khloé's recent interview on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast with Alex Cooper, her sister Kourtney most frequently exercises this editing privilege—surprisingly, to reduce verbal fillers rather than adjust storylines. "It's more because she'll say, 'I say 'like' too many times, so remove this word,'" Khloé disclosed on April 16.
Though "Calabasas Behind the Gates" has no official release date yet, the announcement signals the family's continued expansion of their reality television empire three years after moving from E! Network to Hulu with "The Kardashians."
