Annie Knight is taking some time to recover. Hours after the OnlyFans model revealed she was hospitalized two days after completing a challenge where she had sex with 583 men in six hours, she shared an update on her recovery.

“It’s just sort of gotten to the point now where my body has gone, ‘Hey, high cortisol can’t function,’” Annie told Us Weekly in an interview published May 21. “Basically making my endometriosis worse, as well as we know that hormonal imbalances can cause irregular and heavy periods. So unfortunately, that’s just what I’ve been dealing with since.”

“In all my videos, I was very honest about the fact that I was feeling fine before, during, and after,” she said, adding that she also purchased her “dream house” in the days before the challenge. “So the actual physical side of the challenge wasn’t so much the problem, but it was more like the aftereffects of, I guess, the amount of stress I put on myself.” In her own words, her body “just hit a wall” and “burnt out,” which ultimately led to her hospitalization.

According to Annie, "The prognosis is good, and it looks like I'm going to have to take a week off, try to relax a little bit, sit out in the sun, and just take it easy for a little while." But I'll be fine, I promise. I'm not going to let this stop me.

And what specifically sent Annie to the hospital in the first place? On May 18, after completing her six-hour marathon in bed, she became aware of some "bleeding."

The influencer said, "I guess 583 guys in a day isn't that good for you," while sharing a selfie on her Instagram Stories on May 20. In a subsequent video, she was seen lying in a hospital room with her arms attached to monitors of her vital signs, joking, "Being hospitalized after taking 583 [men] in a day was not on my 2025 bingo card.”

The negative side effects of her marathon appeared to be exacerbated, as the adult content creator also has endometriosis, a condition where tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside of it, according to the Mayo Clinic. "I'm not doing very well," she told Us Weekly at the time. "I've been bleeding a lot since the challenge. It was definitely a bit raw down there, and I did get a small cut." "I'll definitely survive," she added, "but it is quite painful and unpleasant at the moment."
