Kourtney Kardashian has officially clocked out of hustle culture and punched into full-time mommy mode—and honestly, who needs a 9-to-5 when your office is a house full of adorable chaos? The reality TV queen turned wellness mogul has swapped boardroom meetings for bedtime stories, now working just once a week, and only for a couple of hours at that.
On the latest episode of Khloe in Wonderland, Kourtney spilled all the baby tea to her sister Khloe Kardashian, revealing how the birth of her youngest son, Rocky Barker, in November 2023 reshaped her priorities like a fresh filter on a selfie. "I had a strong desire to not work and stay home and be with the kids," she said. "Which is probably once a week."
Yes, you read that right—Poosh's founder, a woman who used to juggle photoshoots, brand deals, and reality TV tapings like flaming batons, now dedicates most of her time to family life. And it's not a full-day hustle either—just a couple of hours squeezed between playtime, school drop-offs, and attempting to drink a smoothie before it melts.
This shift comes after a deeply personal fertility journey. Kourtney, 46, and husband Travis Barker welcomed baby Rocky naturally after five failed IVF cycles and three egg retrievals. "IVF just felt like it was going against what my body wanted," she confessed. "We never made an embryo through IVF." Despite the struggle, Rocky arrived as a beautiful surprise—and sparked what Kourtney calls a "new family dynamic."
Now, the Kardashians star is basking in the madness and magic of raising a blended family of seven kids. That's right, seven. Alongside her three children with ex Scott Disick—Mason, Penelope, and Reign—Kourtney has embraced stepmom life to Travis' kids: Landon, Alabama, and Atiana. "I love my role as stepmom," she gushed. "I don't feel like it's up to me to discipline... we have lots of good conversations and we laugh."
Between the chaos of having a house that can resemble a youth festival and the peace of baby cuddles, Kourtney's new rhythm has found its beat. "The balance is nice," she added. "But I think him and I love when everyone's home."
From reality TV royalty to full-time supermom with a part-time hustle, Kourtney Kardashian has traded clout for calm. And in a world that glorifies grinding, she's reminding everyone that sometimes, the real flex is slowing down.
