The Spice Girls actress posted a picture of 50-year-old David lying in a hospital bed with his right arm bound in a large blue sling. The former Manchester United player, dressed in a hospital gown and tucked into his bed, is beaming in the June 27 Instagram Stories photo.
In the caption, the 51-year-old designer wrote, "Get well soon, Daddy."
Victoria then shared a slide with a photo of David's tattooed hand clutching a bracelet that read, "GET WELL SOON." He didn't appear to be in the hospital anymore; he was in bed in the picture.
Although it's unclear exactly what led to David's hospitalization, it's obvious that he has a support network in place to help him recover. The injury was sustained by the Inter Miami CF co-owner after he recently thanked his family for Father's Day.
