More than 12 years after the conclusion of the popular CW drama, Blake Lively recently got back together with her former co-star Zuzanna Szadkowski from Gossip Girl.
"It's good to see you!" In a recent commercial for her canned beverage brand Betty Booze, Blake, who played Serena van der Woodson on the show, told Zuzanna with excitement. In response, Zuzanna, who played Blair Waldorf's go-to Polish housekeeper Dorota Kishlovsky, said, "You look amazing."
Blake made the amusing joke, "You sound different," pointing out that Zuzanna was speaking with her American accent. "Oh, allergies," she said. I'm drinking tea. "The best tea."
No, Zuzanna wasn't discussing the newest rumors circulating in the Big Apple. This is Betty Booze's new summery, citrusy flavor.
She shared, "Betty Booze vodka iced tea with lemonade." Blake responded, "It's crisp, balanced, nothing artificial," which is difficult to find in these areas.
The actresses continued their gushing fest after drinking the cocktail from teacups in what looked like Central Park.
In response to Blake's admission that "I have missed you," Zuzanna said, "I missed you too."
In closing, Zuzanna said, "Oh, Miss Betty, you and I are definitely going to get into some trouble."
Blake posted a celebratory message on her Instagram on June 30: "Go. Girl, take a sip. Presenting Betty Booze Passion Fruit Meyer Lemonade Vodka Iced Teas. Because it's worth sharing good tea.
Zuzanna has previously reunited with her co-stars from Gossip Girl. An Instagram photo of Zuzanna catching up with Chace Crawford, Jessica Szohr, Aaron Schwartz, and Ed Westwick in 2022 caused fans to go crazy.
Zuzanna talked about playing Dorota again for a brief appearance in the HBO version of the series the previous year.
Szadkowski said of her role in the reboot, "I was so excited to work on the show with this extraordinary cast," in an interview with E! News in 2201. "I jumped at the chance to return when executive producer Josh Safran asked me to. Dorota has been sorely missed. The attempt to hide it was very Gossip Girl.
She also mentioned that it was "particularly exciting to be reunited" with Wallace Shawn, who played Cyrus Rose, Margaret Colin, who played Eleanor Waldorf, and of course, Aaron Schwartz, who played her "beloved Vanya."
