Joe Jonas appeared to accidentally reveal that a new Camp Rock movie might be on the way. During the August 12 episode of Hot Ones Versus with his brothers Nick and Kevin, the 35-year-old was asked to share the most recent note saved on his phone. Glancing at the screen, he read aloud, "Read Camp Rock 3," leaving his siblings visibly surprised.

The unexpected remark caught his brothers off guard. Nick, 32, put down his drink and stared at the camera in surprise, while Kevin, 37, let out a nervous laugh, saying, "OK, that's a pretty good one." Joe insisted, "It's the truth, it's literally right here," before adding with a grin, "Sorry, Disney."

The original Camp Rock premiered on the Disney Channel in 2008, telling the story of Mitchie Torres, played by Demi Lovato, as she attends a prestigious summer music camp and catches the attention of pop star Shane Gray (Joe Jonas). Nick and Kevin also appeared as Nate and Jason Gray. Its success led to Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam in 2010, which saw Camp Rock face off against rival Camp Star and continued Shane and Mitchie's romance.

Joe's slip came just two days after a nostalgic on-stage reunion with Lovato during the Jonas Brothers' JONAS20 tour kickoff at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The group performed hits from the films including "Gotta Find You," "Wouldn't Change a Thing," and their signature duet "This Is Me."

Lovato, 32, reflected on the moment during the Chicks in the Office podcast, describing it as an uplifting and emotional experience that brought a deep sense of joy. She noted that reuniting with the Jonas Brothers felt meaningful given everything they have been through together, and she cherished the opportunity to spend time with them again.

She revealed that Joe had reached out just a week earlier with the invitation: "'Hey, what are you doing next weekend or on the 10th? We would love to have you come and perform 'This Is Me' and 'Wouldn't Change a Thing.' This show is really important to us and we would love to have you there.'"

Lovato gladly flew across the country, adding, "It was just so thoughtful. I felt so appreciated. I loved it. Every second of it was so great."
Disney has yet to comment on Joe's statement.
