JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes are continuing to show off their romance while enjoying a luxurious getaway. The Love Island alum, 32, has been sharing snapshots from his vacation with the former Dance Moms star, 22, as they spent time aboard Royal Caribbean's newest cruise ship, Star of the Seas, during an early preview sailing.
On Tuesday, Aug. 12, Hughes posted an affectionate photo on his Instagram Stories, showing the pair embracing and gazing at each other against a backdrop of the ocean and cruise ships. Siwa reposted the image on her own Stories, adding the caption, "No one could know how much I miss this boy when we're apart 😢🤍😭."
Hughes also shared a clip of himself and Siwa playing with the daughter of influencers Rachel and Tom Sullivan, captioning it "Babysitting duties 🤍." Another post showed him mid-jump on the ship's basketball court, shooting the ball. He included a group selfie with Siwa, her parents Jessalynn and Tom, her brother Jayden, and Jayden's fiancée Abbie Crandall.
Royal Caribbean confirmed to People that Siwa was among nearly 200 creators invited for the exclusive First Look sailing. Her family joined the trip, making it a mix of work and personal fun. Hughes also documented a visit to the Walt Disney World golf course, posting a collage of photos and calling it "The happiest place on turf."
Their getaway follows recent comments Hughes made about their relationship in an interview with The Sun's Fabulous Magazine. He recalled first meeting Siwa on Celebrity Big Brother UK, describing it as a "magical feeling" and saying he immediately knew she was "the most precious person." He believes their paths crossing was "serendipity," calling their romance "a blessing."
Hughes revealed he tells Siwa he loves her every day, describing their bond as "a safe love" and "a natural high." He even admitted to envisioning their wedding, saying he would love a traditional English ceremony and could already picture Siwa in a full bridal gown.
The couple, who have been publicly affectionate since making their relationship official, continue to support each other both in personal life and during their public appearances, with this cruise trip being just the latest in their shared adventures.
