Comedian and actor Tom Green has tied the knot with longtime partner Amanda Nelson in an intimate rustic ceremony held on October 11 in Ontario, Canada. The 54-year-old announced the happy news on Instagram, writing, "So happy to share that Amanda and I got married yesterday! It was an incredible day filled with love, laughter, and celebration."
He added, "Thank you to all of our family and friends who were there to share in this special moment with us. We will never forget it." Alongside the caption, Green shared photos of the couple exchanging vows surrounded by autumn leaves, including their first kiss as husband and wife. Amanda looked radiant in a white gown with a layered skirt and delicate bow detail, while Green kept it classic in a dark suit.
The wedding came nearly ten months after the comedian revealed their engagement in December 2024. At the time, he posted, "Big news! Amanda and I are engaged! I am the luckiest guy in the world. I love you Amanda. Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas from us to all of you!"
Green and Nelson both grew up in Petawawa, Ontario, and reconnected after he moved back to Canada in 2021. Though the timeline of their relationship remains private, he first shared photos with Amanda in June 2024, thanking her "for the fun times out west." The pair have since built a quiet life together on a 150-acre farm in rural Ontario, home to chickens, horses, and a mule named Fanny.
Reflecting on his move away from Hollywood, Green once said that returning to Canada allowed him to reconnect with his roots and live a more genuine, grounded life surrounded by nature and family.
Friends and fellow entertainers flooded the newlyweds' post with congratulatory messages. Dane Cook wrote, "Congratulations to the both of you, love looks great on you Tom!" while Tony Hawk teased, "Looking forward to seeing the post-honeymoon tail drop." Criss Angel added, "That's AWESOME! All the very best."
Before meeting Nelson, Green was married to actress Drew Barrymore from 2001 to 2002. Despite their brief marriage, the two have remained on good terms.
