Jennifer Lopez is setting the record straight, or at least drawing the line, on the years of speculation linking Alex Rodriguez to Southern Charm star Madison LeCroy.

During a lively appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, the singer and actress was asked directly about the alleged "DM scandal" that surfaced near the end of her engagement to Rodriguez. Cohen admitted he was under pressure to raise the question, saying the "Bravo-verse" demanded answers.

Lopez, 56, smiled, adjusted in her seat, and delivered her response with calm precision. "You know, I really have nothing to say about my personal life anymore," she said, adding, "I feel like I'm done with that." The audience broke into cheers, to which Lopez replied, "Yes, yes, support that energy."

The former couple, once among Hollywood's most admired power duos, began dating in 2017 and got engaged in 2019. By early 2021, however, reports surfaced suggesting Rodriguez had been privately messaging LeCroy, who later hinted she'd communicated with a "married ex-athlete." Lopez and Rodriguez officially ended their relationship that April, saying they realized they were "better as friends."

LeCroy, 35, later fueled headlines when she told a podcast that the retired Yankees star had "tried to FaceTime several times." She insisted nothing physical ever happened. "If you're looking for a side chick, it wasn't going to be me," she said, calling herself "wifey material."

Rodriguez's camp publicly dismissed her account, saying, "Those stories were false then and they're false now."

Years later, Lopez's brief but deliberate remarks on live television seemed to close the book on the lingering gossip. For someone who has spent decades in the public eye, her refusal to rehash old drama sent a louder message than any denial could: she's moved on, and she's not entertaining the noise.

One audience member shouted "Queen energy!" during the broadcast, J. Lo simply smiled, the kind of smile that says she's not revisiting the past, only writing her next chapter.
