Khloe Kardashian has revealed that she hasn't been intimate in more than three years. The reality star made the confession during the season seven premiere of The Kardashians on Hulu, which aired on October 23, while chatting with her sister Kourtney Kardashian and close friend Simon Huck.
The conversation began as the trio discussed Kourtney's new Lemme Play gummies, a product designed to enhance libido. Khloe, 41, surprised everyone by admitting, "I haven't had sex in over three years." Simon quipped, "This gummy is perfect for you. Would you like to make a cameo?" to which Khloe jokingly replied, "Oh good. Yes, I will."
In a confessional, Kourtney offered her perspective, saying, "I think while you have young kids, if there's no one worth your time, focus on your kids." Khloe, who shares two children—True, 7, and Tatum, 3—with ex-partner Tristan Thompson, agreed that her focus remains on her family.
When asked if there was anyone "on her roster," Khloe responded, "Nope, not anyone I'm texting. I don't have any person's phone number, I can leave my phone around you." She also clarified she doesn't send intimate photos, adding, "I don't have nudes. What nudes?"
Khloe has been candid about her single life following her split from Tristan Thompson in 2021 after multiple cheating scandals. Despite their rocky past, she has maintained a cordial relationship with him for the sake of their children.
Earlier this year, Khloe shared with Us Weekly that she was perfectly happy being single, noting that dating isn't a priority for her at the moment. She explained that her focus is entirely on raising her children and that she prefers not to let romantic relationships interfere with that. According to her, anyone hoping to be part of her life would have to be truly exceptional to make her reconsider.
