Sophie Turner and Chris Martin appear to have chemistry. According to various reports, the Game of Thrones alum and Coldplay frontman are dating. Sophie, 29, and Chris, 48, have been on a few secret dates, according to a source who spoke with Us Weekly on November 3.
Chris, who has children Apple, 21, and Moses, 19, with ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow, called it quits with Dakota Johnson after nearly eight years together, five months before his rumored affair with Sophie.
The couple, who had supposedly been engaged for years before the breakdown, has not publicly acknowledged their split. Dakota recently revealed her dating standards, telling the Today show in June that her one criterion in a relationship is to be "just, like, not an a**hole."
Sophie, the Dark Phoenix heroine, was last linked to British aristocrat Peregrine Pearson, with whom she fueled relationship rumors back in October 2023.
Though the pair has remained equally tight-lipped about why they split up, Sophie has previously been candid about juggling her personal life with coparenting her children, Willa, 5, and Delphine, 3, with ex-husband Joe Jonas, from whom she divorced in 2024 after five years of marriage.
"I think we're doing the best we can," she told British Vogue in 2024. "I am optimistic that we can work it out. Joe is an excellent parent to our children, and that is all I can ask for."
Joe has mirrored this opinion, calling their arrangement a "beautiful coparenting relationship."
"Having an incredible mom, Sophie, for those girls is like a dream come true," he told Jay Shetty during his during Purpose Live Tour in May. "As young girls, looking up to great women is what I want for them."
Joe went on: "I think what values I want for them are to be open-minded and have a big heart, be able to walk into any room and feel confidence and know that they can do literally anything they want."
