Paul Walker's daughter, Meadow Walker, has honored her late father with a heartfelt tribute 12 years after the Fast & Furious star's tragic death. On Sunday, the 27-year-old model and philanthropist shared a touching Instagram post featuring childhood photos taken during one of her early birthdays, capturing tender moments between the father-daughter duo.
"12 years without you... I love you forever," Meadow wrote. The images showed Paul kneeling in front of a toddler-aged Meadow as she sat on a countertop, smiling at her dad. In the sequence, Paul held a dessert decorated with candles toward her, ending with a sweet moment where she leaned in to give him a peck on the lips.
Walker's death on Nov. 30, 2013, deeply shocked Hollywood and fans across the world. The actor, 40, was riding in a Porsche Carrera GT driven by his friend and racing professional Roger Rodas when the vehicle lost control and crashed into a concrete lamp post in Santa Clarita, California. The car burst into flames, killing both men at the scene.
Meadow was born in 1998 to Walker and his childhood sweetheart, Rebecca Soteros. Though the pair never married, they co-parented their daughter until Paul's untimely passing. In a 2006 interview, Walker spoke lovingly about fatherhood, calling Meadow "the best partner I've ever had."
Over the years, Meadow has honored her father's memory through acts of charity and through the Paul Walker Foundation, which she established in 2015 to continue his commitment to humanitarian work, ocean conservation, and wildlife protection. In previous anniversaries, she used the day to encourage donations to causes Paul supported, including Toys for Tots, writing, "To honor my dad's legacy, we hope you'll join us to Do Good."
Her tribute this year drew warm support from friends and fellow models, including Presley Gerber and Delilah Belle Hamlin, who left heart emojis in the comments. Meadow has also consistently marked her father's birthday, sharing heartfelt messages and rare photos. In September, she posted a black-and-white picture of herself on Paul's lap, captioning it: "Happy birthday daddy. I love you endlessly and miss you every day."
Paul's brother, Cody Walker, has said Paul would be "so proud" of the woman Meadow has become, a sentiment echoed across the Fast & Furious family as she continues to carry her father's legacy forward.
