Sienna Miller brings a maternal glow to the red carpet. The Factory Girl actress, who is expecting her second child with boyfriend Oli Green and third overall, revealed her pregnancy at the 2025 Fashion Awards in London on December 1.
During the event, the 43-year-old—who also has a 13-year-old daughter, Marlowe, with ex Tom Sturridge, and a 23-month-old daughter with Oli, 28—was not hiding her baby joy, arriving in a sheer white Givenchy gown that revealed her growing bump.
As Marlowe prepares to be a big sister again, the American Sniper previously admitted that her teen's role as an elder sibling was difficult to adjust to.
“Initially, it was a lot for her,” Sienna told E! News in June 2024, “and now she is in heaven.”
The sisterly affection appeared to be mutual, as Sienna added that her toddler was "already idolizing" Marlowe and "beaming every time she sees her."
"Now that the baby can react," Sienna explained, "[she] is clearly in love with her big sister."
Sienna has not hidden her desire to have more children, though she has previously admitted to being aware of the numerous factors that influence women's ability to conceive after the age of 40.
"The pressure... about kids, and should I have more, and why haven't I, and all of that, which is a really loud noise," she told Elle UK in April 2022. "Biology was incredibly cruel to women in that decade—that's the headline, or it certainly was for me."
As a result, Sienna decided to freeze her eggs so she could eventually start a family with peace of mind.
"Having been really focused on the need to have another baby, I'm just like, if it happens, it happens," she told me. "That kind of existential threat has dissipated."
