Kris Jenner is continuing her long-running transparency around cosmetic procedures, addressing what she has and hasn't changed as she marked her 70th birthday. In the latest episode of The Kardashians, filmed during a trip to Paris with daughter Kim Kardashian, Jenner joked that her nose is "probably the only thing on my face that's real." The remark came during a light-hearted back-and-forth with Kim as they teased each other about everything from hair extensions to false lashes.

During the exchange, Kim also insisted that her teeth are natural, saying, "Never had a veneer, baby," while Kris playfully told her to "bend over," a reference to years of speculation surrounding Kim's figure. A producer later chimed in that both women have real noses — something the pair agreed with, before Kris added her now-viral comment.

Jenner's candid moment follows months of public attention on her refreshed look. Earlier this year, photos from Paris circulated widely after she attended Lauren Sánchez Bezos' bachelorette celebration, prompting speculation about recent procedures.

Kris later addressed the surgery directly in a cover interview with Vogue Arabia. "I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh," she said, explaining that her decision was rooted in wanting to feel good about herself. "I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy."

She also reflected on her broader view of aging. "Just because you get older, it doesn't mean you should give up on yourself," she told the outlet, adding that everyone has the right to choose their own version of aging. "If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully – meaning you don't want to do anything – then don't do anything. But for me, this is aging gracefully. It's my version."

Jenner shared that Kylie was by her side throughout the procedure, while Kim remained involved through a constant FaceTime connection. She noted that her decision to speak publicly about her cosmetic experiences is meant to encourage people who may be struggling with their own self-image. Jenner added that this approach to openness isn't new for her, pointing out that even her hip replacement was documented to help show others they aren't alone.

Through the years, Jenner has spoken about other enhancements, including breast procedures, Botox, and an earlobe reduction. As she enters her 70s, she has described feeling "great" and "happy," emphasizing that staying involved in her family's life remains her biggest motivation.
