Actress and fashion icon Sienna Miller revealed she is pregnant with her third child at the age of 43, debuting her baby bump at the 2025 Fashion Awards in London. The unexpected announcement came as the American Sniper star walked the red carpet in a sheer white Givenchy gown that purposefully showcased her growing belly.
The new baby will be Miller’s second child with her partner, 28-year-old actor Oli Green. The couple welcomed a daughter in early 2024, whose name they have largely kept private. Miller is also mother to her eldest daughter, 13-year-old Marlowe, whom she shares with ex-partner Tom Sturridge.
Miller’s dramatic red carpet reveal instantly drew widespread attention, not only for the chic maternity fashion moment but also for her age. The actress has previously been open about the pressures and emotional challenges of trying to expand her family in her 40s.
In a 2022 interview with Elle UK, Miller spoke candidly about the “loud noise” of pressure she felt regarding having more children. She notably addressed the biological clock, stating, “Biology is incredibly cruel on women in that decade—that’s the headline, or it certainly was for me.” To mitigate this anxiety, Miller had previously made the decision to freeze her eggs.
Despite these past concerns, Miller has continued to embrace motherhood in her forties. Her second child was born at the end of 2023, and now, with the announcement of her third pregnancy, the actress appears happy to be defying social expectations and expanding her family alongside her career. Miller and Green, who began dating in 2022, have reportedly found “nothing but love and joy” in their relationship despite their 14-year age gap.
The visible pregnancy marks a new chapter for Miller, who continues to balance her personal life with major film projects, including her recent role in Horizon: An American Saga.
