Jennifer Lopez and her former husband Ben Affleck were spotted spending time together over the weekend during a festive shopping trip in Los Angeles, signaling their continued commitment to family unity following their split.
The singer and actress, 56, joined Affleck, 53, and his 13-year-old son Samuel on Sunday as they browsed stores at the Brentwood Country Mart, a popular upscale shopping destination. The low-key outing comes less than two years after the former couple ended their marriage.
According to onlookers, the trio visited several boutique clothing stores, including Sezane and Doen, before stopping by Farmshop Market to grab food together. The appearance followed another recent run-in between the exes just a week earlier, when they attended a school play featuring Lopez's child Emme and Affleck's child Fin, underscoring their shared involvement in their children's lives.
Lopez appeared effortlessly stylish in a romantic A-line dress with a halter neckline, accessorized with a white knitted sweater draped over her shoulders. She completed the look with brown cowboy boots, a small leather purse, and dark lipstick that complemented her patterned dress.
Affleck opted for a relaxed yet polished ensemble, wearing a taupe linen button-down shirt layered under a matching blazer, paired with brown trousers and lace-up boots. Samuel dressed casually in a gray T-shirt, cream-colored sweatpants, and white sneakers as he accompanied his father and Lopez.
Samuel is the youngest of Affleck's three children with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, alongside Violet, 20, and Fin, 16. Lopez, meanwhile, shares 17-year-old twins Emme and Max with singer Marc Anthony.
Lopez and Affleck rekindled their romance in 2021 and married the following year, nearly two decades after their early-2000s relationship. They separated in 2024, with Lopez filing for divorce in August of that year. Despite the split, the pair have remained supportive of one another and deeply involved in each other's families.
Affleck has publicly praised Lopez in recent months, calling her "amazing" and "spectacular" while speaking about her work and her bond with his children. Their latest outing reinforces that, while their marriage has ended, their connection through family remains strong as the holidays approach.
