Jason Kelce is opening up about how life in the public eye has become more challenging for him and his family as his profile continues to rise beyond his NFL career. In an interview with The Wall Street Journal published December 22, the retired Philadelphia Eagles center reflected on how increased visibility has changed everyday life for himself, his wife Kylie Kelce, and their four children.

"You know, I'm all over television, and my face, in particular, is much more out there," Jason said. "In a lot of ways, going out into public is much different for not just me but my wife, my whole family." He added that while they make an effort to maintain normalcy, "we really do try to live as much of a normal life as we can, which is increasingly becoming harder."

Jason and Kylie, 33, share daughters Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and 8-month-old Finnley. Despite the challenges, Jason said they are finding ways to adapt. "We're finding ways to get it done," he explained. "We go to Disney World and we're still walking around. We might take a few more pictures in certain areas."

Kelce acknowledged that his fame has arguably grown since retiring from the NFL, driven by the success of the New Heights podcast, which he cohosts with his brother Travis Kelce, as well as Kylie's podcast Not Gonna Lie. Public attention has also intensified due to Travis' engagement to Taylor Swift.

Asked about Swift, Jason made it clear that he tries to keep personal and professional boundaries intact. "We've tried to keep a lot of that out of the relationship," he said. "I just enjoy her being my brother's soon-to-be wife, and aunt to my kids, and we try to leave that relationship where it should be, there." Still, he admitted he finds her approach impressive, adding that "watching her savviness in getting her entire music catalogue back" and seeing how she balances global touring with writing new music has been "fun to watch."

Jason also joked about his reputation for taking his shirt off at celebratory events and did not rule out doing so at his brother's wedding.

Beyond fame, Jason has also spoken candidly about personal hardships. Earlier this month, while accepting the March of Dimes Sports Achievement Award, he revealed that Kylie experienced a pregnancy loss seven years ago.

Despite the pressures of public life, Kelce said his priority remains his family, even as navigating fame becomes more complicated.
