Billy Haire has charmed Naomie Olindo.
The Southern Charm alum, who appeared on the Bravo hit for five non-consecutive seasons, got engaged to an advertising executive in Charleston, South Carolina.
Naomie shared photos of Billy's proposal on a walkway in the woods in Charleston, where he got down on one knee next to their two dogs, Olive and Omelet, leaving her visibly surprised before embracing her new fiancé.
The 32-year-old, who had previously dated Craig Conover for three years, captioned the Dec. 28 Instagram post, "The luckiest girl in the whole wide world."
There were also a few black-and-white photos of the happy couple celebrating their engagement on the beach with glasses of wine.
Naomie and Billy, 39, who finalized his divorce from Brooks Nader earlier this year after five years of marriage, were congratulated by some of her former Southern Charm costars.
Madison LeCroy wrote, "Can't wait to celebrate," and Leva Bonaparte wrote, "Omg omg omg!!!!" I'm so happy for you!"
Cameran Eubanks Wimberly also joined in on the fun, saying, "Let the festivities begin! Year of the STALLION," as did Taylor Ann Green, who commented, "Congratulations to the sweetest humans!!!!"
Naomie, who first revealed her relationship with Billy in an Instagram roundup post in June, also gave her followers a closer look at her ring by reposting a FaceTime screenshot from a friend on her Instagram Stories, which showed off her massive sparkler.
Craig recently commented on his ex's new relationship, stating that he had only heard positive things about Billy.
"I have heard more good things about this guy than anyone," he said on an episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen earlier this month. "I recently went out with friends in Los Angeles who used to be friends with him and Brooks, and they said, 'Oh, we miss him. He's great. So apparently, she's in really good hands."
