The Bachelorette alum and his fiancée are expecting their first child.
"A new chapter, the best chapter," Hana wrote in an Instagram carousel on September 24, beside a photo of herself showcasing her baby bulge on the beach. "One week after our engagement, we had the surprise of our lives. God's designs are wonderful, and our hearts overflow with appreciation. Angel baby is due in March!! God is so, so good.
In the following slide, Hana, who is 14 weeks pregnant, is joined by Peter on the beach, where they pose for the camera with their hands on her baby bump and compare bellies.
The couple's comments section was full of love and support, including from fellow Bachelor Nation alum Becca Tilley, who wrote, "So happy for you!!!!" Ashley Iaconetti added, "Awww, congratulations!!!!"
Peter and Hana's baby news comes just two months after they announced their engagement.
"It was always you. I simply had to locate you. "I love you," the 40-year-old wrote in a July 4 Instagram carousel that included photos from their dockside proposal. "Words cannot explain the love and happiness that we experience. Last night was incredibly magical, and it could not have happened without the amazing support system of incredible individuals in our lives! "We are very grateful."
Along with a series of photos with Peter down on one knee proposing, as well as the couple smiling while she shows off the ring, he wrote, "We are engaged!!"
Peter, who competed on Rachel Lindsay's season of The Bachelorette, and Hana want to marry during the holidays. And, while they haven't revealed too much information, they have settled on a site that is essential to them.
"I'll say that it's in my mom's backyard," Hana, 34, teased about the wedding to Us Weekly earlier this month. "I think we both knew we wanted to do a little backyard wedding, something intimate."
"I think when you have the luxury of getting married in your 20s, you sort of romanticize this huge thing," she told me. “Now that we’re both a little bit older, we don’t need any of
that stuff. We’re just going to do a small wedding around the holidays in my mom’s backyard.”
