Six months after The Hills' Lo Bosworth announced she had married Domenic "Dom" Natale and the couple were expecting their first child together, she confirmed the birth of their baby girl Nelle in a sweet Instagram post on January 15.

"Our girl Nelle is here," Lo captioned the post. "She began the year by surprising us two weeks early, but she was actually on time. "Our teeny one is named after her Oma and is already very loved."

Along with the announcement, Lo shared a photo of the baby swaddled and wearing a blue and pink cap on her head. The 39-year-old also shared a selfie of herself and her husband from the delivery room, with her smiling, gowned up, in a hospital bed. as Dom sat beside her, keeping a hand over her stomach.

Lo and Dom have received a lot of love following their exciting announcement, including from Lo's fellow The Hills alum Lauren Conrad, who wrote, "Welcome to the world, sweet girl!! I'm so happy for you guys."

The Hills alum revealed that she married businessman Domenic "Dom" Natale in an intimate ceremony on July 20 and is expecting their first child.

"Getting married at home in Laguna felt right for us—inviting, calming, and full of love," Lo explained to People in a July 2025 interview. "We've both been in NYC for about 15 years, and for me, going home to Laguna to get married feels very full circle."

Lo's pregnancy altered their wedding plans in the best way.

“We wanted our wedding to meet the moment of where we’re at right now,” the 38-year-old, who is four months along, explained. “Before starting our fertility journey, we thought about a big New York City wedding. Once our family plans got underway, however, we changed course to something we knew would be perfect if I was lucky enough to get pregnant: an intimate wedding with our closest family members enjoyed at home.”

Although the couple's wedding did not follow their original plan, it transformed into a delightful fairytale event. Lo fondly reminisced, noting that guests were able to relax, enjoy delicious food, and appreciate the beautiful decor. The tone of the celebration was decidedly low-key, particularly highlighted by the couple's choice of a backyard reception, encouraging an informal atmosphere where guests could cool off in the pool. Lo aimed for a gathering that was understated yet colorful, creating an inviting ambiance rather than a rigidly formal one.

Held at her parents' home, the party was described as "elevated, unique, and special," incorporating just the right elements of fun. As the couple, who announced their engagement in January 2025, contemplated their wedding, they realized that the ceremony may overshadow other life priorities. Lo expressed their desire to pivot their focus towards starting a family and securing a new home, emphasizing the financial considerations involved in planning for the future.
