Kylie Kelce is getting candid about how motherhood has changed her body and what she might do next.
During the Feb. 12 episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast, the 33-year-old opened up while chatting with longtime friends during a Galentine's Day special, revealing she's considering cosmetic surgery once she's sure she's done having children with Jason Kelce. The topic came up after they watched a clip of a woman hosting a reveal party following breast surgery.
Kelce admitted she could picture herself doing something similar. "Really, my plan is we were gonna end up doing this," she said. "I already know that."
She explained that the idea comes after experiencing pregnancy and nursing with her four daughters Wyatt, Elliotte, Bennett and Finnley, adding, "To be clear, there is a rough plan that eventually I will put my boobs back where they belong because four kids. That's all I have to say about that."
Although she has suggested their family might be complete after welcoming Finnley in March 2025, Kelce joked she's hesitant to shut the door entirely on more children. "I never want to say no because then I feel like the universe is gonna hear me," she said, laughing. "And then I'm gonna sneeze and get pregnant."
She also shared a humorous idea for revealing any future results to her friends, teasing, "I was gonna bait you with snacks... and then just be like, 'Hey, have you seen these?'"
Kelce added that she wouldn't rush showing anything off, saying she would wait until they "settle" before doing a reveal.
The podcast host has previously spoken openly about body image, once joking she belonged to the "itty bitty titty committee" before having kids part of the candid tone she regularly brings to conversations about parenting and personal change.
For now, Kelce made clear the procedure isn't imminent, framing it as something that would only happen once she and Jason are fully certain their family is complete.
