Milania Giudice is experiencing legal issues.
The 20-year-old—known for starring alongside mother Teresa Giudice on The Real Housewives of New Jersey—was arrested for assault following an alleged incident in Montville, New Jersey, on May 14, according to local law enforcement.
""Th" Montville Township Police Department received a report of a dispute at a residence in town," said Police Chief Andrew Caggiano in a statement obtained by E! News on June 11. "Milania Giudice was charged with one count of simple assault on a summons following the inquiry.
She was released pending her next court appearance, according to authorities.
"A criminal complaint is merely an accusation," the statement said. "Despite this accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until she has been proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law."
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the assault complaint, which is classified as a disorderly persons offense under New Jersey law, was filed following an apparent dispute at 6:12 p.m. Milania has yet to enter a plea, according to the official records.
Milania, Teresa's daughter with former Joe Giudice, attends the University of Tampa and is a member of the Sigma Delta Tau sorority. She is a public relations major.
"Congratulations on the University of Tampa!" Teresa exclaimed in a 2025 Instagram post announcing Milania's admittance. "I love you so much and am so proud of you! I can't wait to see what you accomplish in four years and make Mama proud."
And the mother-daughter bond featured throughout 14 seasons of the Bravo series runs deep.
