Brooklyn Beckham snubbed his dad David on Sunday by ignoring Father's Day, but he did celebrate the 'best father-in-law' on Wednesday with a gushing birthday post.
Nelson Peltz, the billionaire dad of Brooklyn's wife Nicola, celebrated his 84th birthday this week, and was showered with loving posts from his daughter who called him 'an incredible role model in every way possible'.
Brooklyn, 27, soon followed suit, sharing a photo of himself with his arm around Nelson at a family party and writing: 'Happy birthday Nelson x I love u so much.'
'I'm so happy I could celebrate you today! Thank you for being the best father in law,' he added alongside heart emojis.
Brooklyn also appeared in Nicola's many posts dedicated to her dad, sporting matching cowboy hats with his wife's family as they celebrated in Florida.
The actress, 31, shared a gushing post on her Instagram page which included photos of the Peltz brood enjoying a birthday meal together at their family home.
Nicola, who receives a $1million a month allowance from her father, captioned the post: 'happy birthday dad! i love celebrating you! i feel truly blessed to have grown up watching you be such an incredible role model in every way possible.'
'you’re the best father i could ever dream of. you love us all unconditionally, encourage us that our dreams are never too big to chase and to always always be a good human before all else.'
'i love you more than you could ever know! i hope all your wishes come true and this is your best year yet, you deserve everything perfect! i love you sooooooo much!!'
One group photo included Nelson with five of his sons, Nicola and Brooklyn as they gathered around the patriarch of the family on his big day.
Brooklyn stood on the edge of the shot next to Nicola's brother Zach, while Diesel, Will, Bradley and Greg were also in attendance at the event.
The sweet family photos will likely sting Brooklyn's estranged family, whom he has now not spoken to in more than a year.
Brooklyn has not acknowledged any of his parents' birthdays or milestones publicly since their rift began, around the time of David's 50th celebrations, and failed to share a post for Father's Day last week.
Earlier this week it was reported that Brooklyn was 'furious' that his parents had included him in a Father's Day post and wants them to 'leave him alone'.
