Tom Sandoval's domestic violence drama with girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson has taken a shocking turn as new footage appears to show him pushing away her father into a lit fire pit after he grabbed Sandoval during an intense argument.
The Vanderpump Rules star, 44, accused Robinson, a 33-year-old model, of abuse in a court filing reviewed by the Daily Mail on Thursday, claiming that she and her father Will Robinson attacked him at his Los Angeles home on June 3.
Sandoval, who provided photos of his alleged injuries to the court in his filing, has been granted a temporary restraining order against Robinson. A judge also ordered Robinson and her father to vacate Sandoval's home.
Hours after the restraining order was granted on Thursday, TMZ obtained footage of a heated screaming match between Sandoval, Robinson and her father.
The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for all parties for further comment on this story.
In a clip from the discussion, Sandoval was positioned by a door while Robinson and her father Will were seated.
The pair were arguing, with things escalating to a physical level when Tom asked Victoria if she had been filming the tense discussion, saying, 'Are you recording me right now?'
As he leaned into her personal space, her father got up and appeared to try to restrain Sandoval by grabbing his waist and pulling him away from her.
At that point, Sandoval appeared to use both hands to shove her father, leading him to fall into the active fire pit. Sandoval then retreated into the house, and was followed by her father.
He then was seen joining his daughter outside and said he 'threw me into the fire pit.'
Victoria's father Will told TMZ Thursday that 'the DA did not file the case for a reason,' presenting his side of the story.
Will told the outlet that the fall led him to seek medical attention that he will continue to need in the aftermath.
Will said that he contacted the authorities for the 'safety' of him and his daughter.
