Madison Beer and Justin Herbert are officially engaged. The pop star and the NFL quarterback announced the news on July 28, after nearly a year of romance.
Beer, 27, shared the moment on Instagram with the caption: "meet my fiancé." In one photo, Herbert, 28, is seen dropping to one knee in a white T-shirt and black jeans, holding out a ring box as Beer crouched down in excitement.
Another playful shot shows Herbert lifting the singer over his shoulder while she flashes her new sparkler for the camera. A handmade wooden sign reading "Mr. and Mrs. Herbert" rounded out the carousel of engagement photos.
Beer and Herbert first sparked dating rumors in August 2025 when the quarterback was spotted visiting the set of one of her music videos in Los Angeles. By October, the speculation was confirmed when the pair shared a kiss on the sidelines of a Chargers game against the Washington Commanders.
Since then, the couple has largely kept their relationship private, but they've offered fans occasional glimpses. On Beer's 27th birthday in March, Herbert posted a photo of the two gazing into each other's eyes, captioning it: "I am the luckiest guy alive."
Beer has also spoken openly about how supported she feels in the relationship. On a December 2025 episode of Call Her Daddy, she said Herbert makes her feel "taken care of in a way that I can break down and like I have someone to lean on."
The engagement comes at a busy time for both stars. Beer recently wrapped her Locket tour with a sold-out show at Madison Square Garden, while Herbert is preparing for his seventh NFL season with the Chargers.
