Jennifer Lawrence is opening up about the cosmetic treatments she has tried, the procedures she is considering and the one she would like to have but believes would be too noticeable.
The 36-year-old actress discussed her approach to beauty and aging in a recent interview with Vogue, revealing that she uses small amounts of Botox while avoiding more extensive cosmetic work.
"I need to have movement in my face — I get baby Botox, but I can't do a lot," Lawrence said. She explained that she would rather maintain some movement in her features, adding, "If my skin is going to be a little saggier than I would like, at least it looks dewy and pretty."
Lawrence also admitted she is curious about more invasive procedures, although she remains hesitant about fat transfers.
"I'm really nervous about these fat transfers," she said, explaining that she prefers to watch how the treatments develop before considering one herself.
There is one procedure, however, that has caught her attention: buccal fat removal, which involves removing fat from the cheek area to create a more defined facial appearance.
"I mean, I would love to have a buccal fat removal," Lawrence said. "I can't because everybody would know, but just know that I want that."
The Hunger Games star has previously faced speculation about whether she has undergone cosmetic surgery. She has denied having eye surgery or a nose job, previously attributing changes in her appearance to makeup, aging and losing baby weight from her face.
Lawrence has also spoken about potentially getting a breast enhancement. In a previous interview, she revealed that she was considering a boob job after the birth of her second child, explaining that her body had changed differently following her pregnancies.
While she has remained open about certain cosmetic procedures, Lawrence said her public profile affects how easily she can make noticeable changes to her appearance. She previously acknowledged that if she were not in the public eye, she might approach some cosmetic decisions differently.
