Taylor Swift is heading back to the Country Music Association Awards after a decade away.
The pop superstar confirmed on Thursday, Sept. 10, that she will attend the 60th annual CMA Awards in Nashville on Nov. 18, marking her first appearance at the ceremony since 2016.
Swift shared the news on her Instagram Story while celebrating her nomination for Single of the Year for "I Knew It, I Knew You," a song she wrote for the Disney and Pixar film Toy Story 5.
"Looks like I haven't yee'd my last haw," the 36-year-old wrote, adding, "See you there Nov. 18" alongside a cowboy emoji.
Swift's nomination comes after the song made a major impact on the country charts. The track, produced by Swift and Jack Antonoff with Laura Sisk serving as mix engineer, recently reached No. 1 on U.S. country radio. It marks Swift's first country radio chart-topper in more than a decade and adds another chapter to the singer's connection to the genre where her career began.
At the CMAs, Swift is competing against Ella Langley's "Be Her" and "Choosin' Texas," Lainey Wilson's "Somewhere Over Laredo" and Cody Johnson's "The Fall."
A victory would give Swift her 13th CMA Award. She has already collected 12 trophies since winning the Horizon Award, now known as New Artist of the Year, in 2007.
Her previous CMA wins include Entertainer of the Year in 2009 and 2011, along with awards for albums, songs and music videos. Her most recent CMA nomination came in 2022 for the music video for "I Bet You Think About Me (Taylor's Version) (From the Vault)."
Swift last attended the ceremony in 2016, when she presented Garth Brooks with the Entertainer of the Year award.
This year's nominations were announced Sept. 10, with Ella Langley leading all artists with 10 nominations.
The CMA Awards will take place at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on Nov. 18, with the ceremony airing live on ABC at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT.
