Denise Richards and her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, have been ordered to vacate a luxury Los Angeles-area home following a court-approved eviction tied to unpaid rent, according to newly filed legal documents.

On Friday, December 26, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge granted a request by the property's owner, John Karan, giving him possession of the six-bedroom Calabasas residence formerly leased by the couple. The judge ruled that the lease had been forfeited due to nonpayment, clearing the way for the eviction to proceed.
