Harry Styles embraced the Halloween spirit by transforming into legendary musician Elvis Presley for the opening night of his annual Harryween celebrations at Madison Square Garden in New York City on October 30.

The 32-year-old singer is concluding his 30-show residency at the iconic venue with two Halloween-themed performances, an event that has become a fan favourite during his tours. Known as Harryween, the concerts give Styles and his bandmates an opportunity to showcase elaborate costumes while entertaining audiences.

For the first night of the celebrations, Styles paid tribute to the King of Rock and Roll by wearing an outfit inspired by Elvis Presley's famous stage looks. His costume featured the singer's signature white jumpsuit, complete with a satin-lined cape and gold sunglasses.

The performance also attracted some special guests, including Elvis' granddaughter, actress Riley Keough, who was spotted recording parts of the show on her phone. She attended alongside Zoë Kravitz, Styles' fiancée, who embraced the Halloween theme in a devil-inspired outfit featuring a red jacket, matching skirt, tights and devil horns.

Styles also surprised fans with another nostalgic costume change during the evening. The singer recreated the look from his audition for the British television talent competition The X Factor when he was just 16 years old. He performed the same song he sang during the audition, Stevie Wonder's "Isn't She Lovely."

The musician first introduced Harryween in 2021 while touring with his Love on Tour production. The two-night Halloween celebration was also held at Madison Square Garden, where Styles delivered memorable performances in elaborate costumes.

During the first night that year, he dressed as Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz, wearing a blue-and-white checked minidress, white bloomers, red tights and matching heels. His bandmates joined the theme by portraying other characters from the classic film.

For the second night, Styles switched things up with an all-white Pierrot clown costume featuring ruffles and subtle makeup, while his bandmates appeared in colourful metallic pastel clown outfits.

In 2022, the singer brought the Halloween tradition to Los Angeles, taking inspiration from Grease by dressing as Danny Zuko in a custom black Gucci outfit featuring a leather jacket and a decorated T-shirt.

This year's celebrations follow the release of his latest music video, "Coming Up Roses," which arrived on October 26. The video features Styles dancing with different partners in an old-fashioned dance hall.
