Iron Man. Nearly every kids wannabe superhero .Who really is Iron Man? His real name happens to be Robert John Downey Jr. Join me as we delve into the life of Robert John Downey Jr.

Early Life:

Robert John Downey Jr. was born on April 4, 1965, in Manhattan, New York City. He is the younger of two children.  His acting journey began at the tender age of five when he made his debut in his father Robert Downey Sr.'s film "Pound" in 1970.

Early Career and Critical Acclaim:

In the 1980s, Downey worked with the Brat Pack in teen films like "Weird Science" (1985) and "Less than Zero" (1987). His portrayal of Charlie Chaplin in the 1992 biopic "Chaplin" earned him a BAFTA Award. However, despite early success, his life took a tumultuous turn.

Struggles with Substance Abuse:

Downey faced drug-related problems and legal issues during the late 1990s and early 2000s. His addiction led to run-ins with the law, affecting his career. But he didn't give up.
